Self-Adhesive Process
- The squad leader places an order to confirm the variety and quantity of products produced by each machine.
- The warehouse places an order based on the squad leader's confirmation of product variety and quantity.
- The squad leader rechecks the product varieties and quantities, then signs off.
- Machine personnel check the product variety and quantity, and after confirmation, the self-adhesive labels can be applied (signed off).
Packing Process
- Before packing, the packing personnel check the work order to select the appropriate box, and the date is stamped on the carton.
- The quality inspector must verify that the product sticker, box, and card number match the products produced by the machine before the packing personnel can pack and seal the box.
Film Roll Process
- The warehouse staff takes the stickers (signs), the squad leader reviews (signs), and the operator rechecks (signs) again.
- After confirmation by the packing personnel (signs), they pack and record the number of stickers and finished products (signature).
- Each day, the shift leader will review the number of stickers and production quantity and confirm (sign).
Spot Check Quantity Process
- Five packs are sampled before the machine is turned on each day, five packs are sampled for material change, and five packs are sampled for revitalization.
- These samples are placed in the designated sampling area, weighed, and the quality, quantity, and weight of each pack are recorded.
Machine Process
- The team leader provides the work order to the machine. Machine personnel check if the sticker matches the work order.
- Machine personnel mark the date on the specified position on the sticker.
- After producing 2,000 pieces, they check the quality table and the noon sticker.
- They also verify whether the product production quantity matches the daily self-adhesive sticker (signature) before leaving work.
Replacement Process
- The defective self-adhesive stickers from the machine are handed over to the warehouse.
- The warehouse provides new self-adhesive stickers to the workshop (signing required).
- The workshop reviews (signs) and hands over the stickers to machine personnel (signing required).
Downstairs Slitting Process
- The upstairs orders slitting raw materials.
- Warehouse management picks the raw materials for slitting.
- The slitting process is completed and records are maintained.
Daily Production Raw Material Process
- The team leader writes down the items produced by each machine on the material list and provides it to the warehouse.
- The warehouse collects the items required by each machine according to the form.
- The warehouse sends all items to the workshop.
- Zhang Haichao distributes the corresponding items to each machine based on the form.
Sticker Paste Warehousing Process
- Upon delivery from the manufacturer, warehouse management inspects the self-adhesive stickers for color, printing quality, product specifications, pattern, and quantity.
- After passing the inspection, the warehouse registers the stickers in the computer system.
